As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by managing and expanding client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring clients receive exceptional service and identifying opportunities to enhance their IT infrastructure with solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts, increasing revenue and client satisfaction.
• Client Retention: Proactively address client needs and concerns, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
• Solution Selling: Understand clients’ business challenges and objectives, and propose tailored IT solutions that align with their goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and project management, to deliver seamless service and solutions.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.
