What They’re Looking For:

• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Comfortable navigating both Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
• Strong PowerShell Skills: Particularly in Azure and M365 contexts.
• Effective Communicator: Able to bridge technical and non-technical landscapes.

Key Benefits:

• Salary: in the region of £45,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working: 50% of the week onsite, 50% remote

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and Deploy Azure Solutions:

Focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Champion Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint and PowerApps.

• Automate Workflows:

Use Azure Logic Apps to integrate applications, data, services, and systems.
Leverage Azure Automation for task orchestration.

• Provide 3rd Line Support:

Address complex queries related to infrastructure and M365 issues.
Collaborate with our service desk and third-party suppliers for swift solutions.

• Lead Technology Projects:

From ideation to completion.

• Integrate Third-Party Systems:

Ensure seamless alignment with operational goals and technical requirements.
Daily Engagements:

• PowerShell Utilisation:

Automate tasks, manage resources, and troubleshoot in Azure and M365.
Manage Azure Active Directory.

• Knowledgebase Contribution:

Contribute insights to our evolving Knowledgebase.

• Azure Log Analytics:

Monitor, audit, and gain insights across various services.

• Intune Process Improvement:

Continuously enhance existing processes.

• Security Protocol Design:

Implement Azure role-based access control, conditional access policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication.

• M365 Services Implementation:

Including SharePoint and PowerApps.

• Task Prioritisation:

Handle requests and incidents within agreed timescales.

Desired Skills:

• Azure Expertise:

Hands-on experience with Azure Log Analytics, Logic Apps, and API integration with M365/Azure.
Proficiency in Azure Automation.

• Data Competencies:

Designing and building the infrastructure and processes, storing and analysing Data, Familiarity with SQL, Exposure to Power tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, PowerShell

• M365 Familiarity:

Knowledge of Purview (Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, E-discovery, and Reporting).

• Cybersecurity Awareness:

Understanding of nuances, preferably with experience in Sophos and Microsoft Defender.

• ERP Systems:

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar systems.
