That means everyone who joins us today needs to be ready for personal hyper-growth. We’re looking for an experienced professional to join us as a Finance Manager and play a huge part in our rapid growth plans. You’ll have the experience to come up with ideas for improvement, and the confidence and energy to drive them through. In this role you report to the Director and Head of Commercial Finance and support the global commercial finance, core finance and FP&A team, with thorough knowledge and experience of running financial planning and analysis functions. In this role you will:

• Financial analysis: measure financial performance against targets with variance analysis and reasoning
• Data driven analysis: suggesting and implementing actionable insights and recommendations
• Financial modelling: developing models, performing trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Business partnering: commercial finance partnering across the business with a focus on the growth organisation
• Pricing: building and evaluating pricing models for the company
• Commercial deal evaluation: driving value through customers commercials
• Budgeting & forecasting: preparation of annual budget and forecast updates
• Role primarily focused on presales / GTM, revenue, bookings, renewals, cost of sales and gross margin
• Gain knowledge across the business, and share updates
• Drive process improvement and develop policy initiatives to positively impact the business
• Have exposure to and learn from experienced and senior Finance and non-Finance leaders

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant ACA, ICWA, MBA or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience, this is a mid-level role
• Strong FP&A experience, gained in a similar role
• Strong personal integrity and assertive work ethic displaying total delivery ownership
• Ability to manage, influence and present to stakeholders including C-level executives and board members
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial and growth business partnering, gained in a similar role
• Desire to work in fast paced environment and enjoys new challenges
• A passion to drive the business forward, solve problems, and get into the detail behind the numbers
• Knowledge of the financial reporting processes
• Strong systems and data skills are essential, including a high level of attention to detail
