Contracts Manager

Our client, an Interiors Refurbishment and Fit Out Contractor, based in Sheffield, are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join them due to continued growth. In this position the Contracts Manager will be responsible of managing multiple projects at one time. These projects are predominately within the Commercial, Leisure and Local Authority sector, of values up to £2 million.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience within a similar position, a background in either fit out and refurbishments. A knowledge in pricing will be advantageous. A full driving license is a required

Contracts Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: £45k – £55k DOE
• Car allowance
• Career Progression
• Eligible to a discretional bonus after 12 months service
• Holidays + Bank Holidays – Increasing on years’ service, after one years’ service you are also eligible to have your birthday off

Contracts Manager Position Requirements

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager in a similar position
• Fit-out or Refurbishment experience is required, ideally within the office fit-out sector
• Willing to travel to as required
• Full driving license
• Looking for a long-term challenge
