CTO / Director of Consulting – MSPReporting to the CEO of a well-known IT Managed Services Provider in Central London, this CTO / Director of Strategic Consulting role is considered crucial to the organisations future growth aspirations.One of the core components of this role will involve spearheading strategic service delivery for clients; you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic programmes to enhance the organisations’ market presence, driving customer engagement and loyalty.Ideally you’ll need to have worked in a senior capacity within at least one SME IT Services business (MSP or MSSP), and will require a technical background in order to define and assist with implementation of robust, scalable and secure technology architecture for largely SME clients.Exciting and diverse position within a successful and growing MSP / MSSP where you’ll be working with and fostering a culture of innovation among a strong community of technologists and cybersecurity enthusiasts.Key Requirements:

• Experience in a senior capacity within an IT Managed Service Provider or Managed Security Service Provider with a technical background will be of considerable benefit.
• Experience spearheading strategy for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships and providing tailored solutions and value-added services.
• Ability to define and assist, from a high level, with the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technology architectures.
• Budgetary management, working with a SLT to establish and manage technology budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet strategic objectives.
• Experience identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships / alliances with industry influencers, associations, and organisations, provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market analysis, client feedback, and industry developments.
• First-class written and oral communicator, able to represent the business at industry conferences and networking events

In return an excellent package is on offer including a base salary of up to £100k + bonus and share options.
