• Salary:£55,467 to £60,537 inclusive of £1039local weighting allowance, plus £10,000 market supplement.

What you’ll be doing:

Our ICT and Digital team are recruiting a Cyber Security Lead to set and manage an appropriate cyber security stance for Slough Borough Council, and lead on cyber security approaches, education, and awareness for the Council. The post holder will be responsible for appropriate security policies and their implementation so that the council operates safely and securely, and therefore maintains or achieves compliance with all relevant legislation, codes of connection and other relevant industry standards.

The role will model the Council’s values and behaviours, working collaboratively with services across the council, partners, and stakeholders to deliver in alignment with the council’s objectives and priorities.
