Cyber Security Manager

Daily rate: £600 – Outside of IR35 – Initial 12 Month Contract – Hybrid

We are looking for people experienced working in either the Life Science or Manufacturing sectors.

nufuture has partnered with a Biotech company based in Stevenage, which has developed a breakthrough cancer treatment.

In some way, we have all been affected by cancer, whether that be a family member, a friend or an acquaintance. And this contract will give you the chance to help them on their journey and make a difference to people’s care.

They are transitioning from being R&D-focused to becoming a manufacturing commercial business. This transition makes it an interesting and exciting time to join. As the Cyber Security Manager, you will help guide them through key projects in 2024.

For example:

• Execution of their cyber roadmap for 2024, ensuring the alignment of security measures with organisational objectives.
• Leading the ISO 27001 process.
• Deployment of vulnerability and patch management.
• SIEM tool upgrade and enhance the overall risk management programme.

Skills & Experience;

• CISSP certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven Stakeholder Management is essential for this role, as you will liaise with the IT Leadership team and the COO.
• Proven Vendor Management experience is required, as you will manage two key suppliers who will deliver the hands-on elements for you.
• Experience delivering an ISO 27001 projects, they have completed the initial gap analysis.
• Experience working with Fortinet and Cisco technologies.
• Demonstrable experience working in either the Life Sciences or Manufacturing industries is a must.
