We have an exciting opportunity to lead the digital media across our H. Samuel and Ernest Jones brands as Digital Media Lead. Reporting into our Director of Customer you will build and drive our vision and strategy for all digital channels, which will continue driving our growth.

You will be responsible for our complete spectrum of digital channels, which will include owning performance marketing, SEO, brand activations, measurement and analytics, whilst working hand-in hand with our Director of Customer and Head of Digital Trade to drive an aligned approach.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Establish testing and optimisation plans, methodologies and platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition efforts through performance marketing.
• Collaborate with CRM on a customer lifecycle strategy to ensure digital media implementation is aligned to customer moments.
• Develop and co-create a team of high performing digital marketers, ensuring their personal and skills development.
• Assess and build the right balance between in-house skills and implementation, and outsource expertise and delivery.
• Management of digital agencies, SaaS platforms and tools to help resource and automate our efforts.
• Manage marketing analytics and reporting across the marketing team, to drive insights on key levers and ROI.
• Work with Commercial and trading teams to build our product activations across the customer calendar.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align digital channel activation to key customer moments and campaigns.

About you:

• Extensive experience in a digital marketing leadership role encompassing growth, performance marketing and lifecycle / CRM with a track record for driving growth with positive customer economics.
• Strong domain expertise in performance marketing and lifecycle / CRM with experience across SEO, product-led growth, and marketing analytics.
• Voracious early adopter of new technologies across diverse fields from privacy to artificial intelligence, and cryptocurrency to cybersecurity.
• Strong empathy for the customer and a quick learner to understand customer behaviour.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills of third-party agencies to get the best from our partners.
• Positive leadership behaviours to build a great culture in our digital world.
