Opportunity
As an Executive Producer, you have a key role to play in shaping the creative output of the film department and driving quality and service throughout the team.
You are expected to think strategically and innovatively, take personal responsibility for getting things done, set an example to others and make a positive contribution to the wider business.
You are responsible for leading and mentoring Senior Producers, Producers, Assistant Producers and Production Assistants, as well as managing freelancers and suppliers. At all times ensuring people are clear about their roles and responsibilities and able to deliver to the best of their ability.
You have a proven track record across a wide range of programme styles, from animation to brand films, documentary to talking heads. You will have advanced project planning and project management skills and be able to successfully deliver multiple projects to the highest of standards.
You are likely to be involved at every stage of the process – from taking, interrogating, and shaping a brief, liaising with the client, writing a creative treatment, resourcing, budgeting, and scheduling; to producing, post-producing and delivering filmed output.
You will work collaboratively, inspire others to do the same, and actively look for ways to encourage more integration across Brunswick Creative teams, practice groups and specialist offers.
Working to the Film Partner and Group Head of Creative, you are responsible for ensuring we use resources efficiently and effectively to deliver projects for our clients on time and on budget.
In the best interests of the company, the client, and the success of our projects, you will be collegiate and seek direction and advice from other senior leaders and experts within the wider business.
Most importantly, you are responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of health, safety and compliance are always maintained, and that the Brunswick Creative film production process is followed by all members of the film team.
