We are looking for an EMEA Distribution Lead, reporting directly to the RVP Channel EMEA. In this role you will manage franchised EMEA distributors to ensure rapid revenue growth maximizing partner growth and enablement and, ultimately, the number of customers using Claroty’s Solutions.

The role is based in the UK and requires travel across EMEA as needed and approved.

Responsibilities

The role will include, but not limited to, managing multiple Disti’s across EMEA, driving growth from partner acquisition, whilst maintaining all contact points from high level Management to the feet on the street. Managing revenue budgets and forecasts accurately whilst ensuring the distributors’ Sales teams and SE teams are well trained to execute on the defined strategies.

Setting measurable targets and tracking and amending to ensure success by weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

• Drive revenue growth for Distribution channels in EMEA
• Define and implement strategies for fast growth
• Understand European Franchised Distributors setting up goals and regularly review them
• Meet with the Distributors Country Managers/Key Account Managers in EMEA and joint visits when needed
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecast for the Distributors
• Managing and motivating the Distributors Sales and Technical team to meet the company objectives

Requirements

Education And Experience

• Demonstrable history of success
• Experience of managing EMEA Distributors
• Languages: English spoken and written. A second European language is a plus
• 5+ years in a similar role
