About the Job:

Tadaweb is hiring a Head of UK Public Sector GTM.

This role has significant sales targets and business development responsibilities, but this role is fundamentally about building deep relationships with our customers and partnering with them to improve their OSINT capabilities. You will work with multiple stakeholders to meet your goals including Tadaweb’s OSINT specialist, engineering and product teams. Your impact will be felt across the business from the C-suite to colleagues in other markets. You will be responsible for the UK’s public sector GTM strategy and execution:

Scope of Work:

Generate and lead UK public sector GTM strategy for end-to-end business development:

• Develop a strong understanding of the Tadaweb platform, how it can solve our customers’ problems and how it can improve their efficiency and efficacy in generating OSINT.
• Develop growth goals, GTM strategy, sub-market win themes, and stakeholder mapping.
• Identify, shape and respond to RFPs.
• Oversee Tadaweb entry onto appropriate frameworks and marketplaces.
• Identify, shape, develop and close direct award opportunities.

Position Tadaweb strategically in the UK Market for maximum growth:

• Build a strong network of key stakeholders across Government and industry, including leading at conference, partner and Government networking events.
• Support Tadaweb UK partner strategy in support of efficient growth.
• Oversee product development feedback in support of commercial objectives.

Your Profile:

• Over 5 years of experience selling enterprise software to UK national security and public safety customers.
• Strong experience working in multi-functional team to build GTM plans, leading the delivery against them and achieving long-term expansion of customer base.
• Strong familiarity with public sector procurement processes, sales cycle and frameworks, with experience developing partnerships to provide best possible solutions.
• Experience leading the planning and writing of contract and proposals. Experience negotiating, reviewing and analysing contracts with legal support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to senior stakeholder and c-suite.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

You get bonus points if you have any of the following:

• Experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT)
• Experience working in a rapidly growing a SaaS, cyber, or digital consultancy environments.
• Experience working in a rapidly growing tech business,

This role will be based in the Tadaweb London office with initial training requiring some travel to our Luxembourg HQ to meet colleagues and conduct further training, and then ongoing regular travel inside the UK to see customers.
