Position Overview:

As the Head of IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing IT team.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Proven track record in a senior IT leadership role, demonstrating strategic vision and successful team management.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity measures and best practices.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and their practical applications.

Operational Skills:

• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful IT project delivery.
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and service level agreement adherence.
• Understanding of compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Daily Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for technological advancements to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a collaborative and high-performing IT team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Infrastructure Oversight:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of systems and networks.

Project Execution:

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems.

Vendor Relations:

• Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, optimize costs, and ensure service excellence.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
