Xpertise are working with a prominent Digital Agency who are looking for an experienced Head of IT Security to join their team. This is a hybrid position with 2 days a week in the London office.
Salary: £125,000 – £135,000
Location: Remote with some travel to London

What the role entails:
Develop and implement Information Security Governance strategies and frameworks
Manage Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) activities
Ensure compliance with NIST 2.0, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards
Lead strategic planning for IT Security initiatives
Oversee IT Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning
Define and enforce Security Policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date with the latest Cybersecurity trends and best practices
Manage and mentor a team of IT Security professionals

Understanding of the NIST framework
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
Nice to have
Experience in the Media, Digital, or Advertising industry is highly desirable.
