This would require someone who can maintain status quo with transactional work, support client groups, lead training, execute large scale programmes and deliver on projects.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a truly generalist career in HR, ticking all boxes from advising and guiding to supporting the growth of our talent. This role would be matrixed, reporting into the Head of HR but delivering for global stakeholders both internal to HR and within the Business Units.
