Implementation & Infrastructure Analyst

The Bristan Group has partnered with Robert Walters Technology. They are keen to appoint an Implementation & Infrastructure Analyst to work closely with the Technology Team to ensure that IT services are developed and provide the support and delivery of key services.

You will work closely with the IT Operations Manager and the rest of the team to ensure upkeep of day to day activities, IT Projects and delivery of IT strategy.

You will act as a trusted advisor, requiring the assessment, configuration and maintenance of the technological infrastructure systems to ensure they meet business needs. In addition, you will hold accountability for Implementation of hardware and software, infrastructure and cyber security support.

The role is based out of the Tamworth offices, offering a hybrid model, paying a salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits.

The Role: Implementation & Infrastructure Analyst

As an experienced Implementation & Infrastructure Analyst, you will report directly into the IT Operations Manager with skills in the following areas:

Duties: Implementation & Infrastructure Analyst

• Engage 3rd party suppliers
• Estimation and capacity planning
• Deliver infrastructure roadmap
• Identify and implement best practice
• Handle escalated incidents
• Product technical IT support documentation
• Design and implement automation opportunities
• Troubleshoot/Resolve technical issues

Experience: Implementation & Infrastructure Analyst

• Experience with Azure Cloud – Deploy, Maintain applications and services, Monitor and Troubleshoot
• Develop and maintain scripts for automated deployment
• Create and update documentation for Azure environment
• Experience with on prem and public cloud environments
• Scripting – PowerShell and PowerShell DSC
• Git
• Server – Windows, Linux, VMware
• Active Directory, Office 365
• Desktop as a Service – AVD
• Networking – TCP/IP, Firewalls, LAN, WAN
• Azure certification: Azure Fundamentals Azure Administrator AZ-900, AZ-104, MS Identify & Access Administrator SC-300
