As the IT Director, you’ll lead the definition and execution of the IT strategy across a diverse Property business working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology operations. Working across a diverse property and hospitality business (across Hotels, Student Accommodation, Commercial Real Estate and Residential Property), this is an exciting opportunity to define and deliver an IT / Technology strategy to support ongoing organic growth across a diverse portfolio of businesses. This fast-paced, multi-site business operates from the Head Office in West London, and you will be expected to be present in the office 5 days a week.
Role Overview: As the IT Director, you’ll lead the definition and execution of the IT strategy across a diverse Property business working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a global IT strategy aligned with business objectives. • Lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and collaboration. • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring data security and integrity. • Oversee and prioritise IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. • Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and negotiate contracts for cost-effectiveness • Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implement cybersecurity measures.
Required Experience: • Understanding of Hospitality, Property Management, or Student Management systems. • Defining and executing Technology strategy • Strong vendor selection and management experience to drive value and performance • Excellent stakeholder management skills
