IT Manager (Process & Projects) – Redditch (hybrid 2/3 days) – £65,000 – £70,000 + CarI am working with a global Manufacturing and Distribution business to recruit an IT Manager to join their UK HQ in Redditch. This role will be working closely with the Global IT Director and fellow IT Managers (globally) to help with a classic IT Transformation project.The company have growth through acquisition and as such currently has dispersed, teams, systems, everything! This role will be looking at all IT processes and projects and bringing together one centralised way of working in order to take a legacy functions and bring it to the modern age.We need someone who remains hands on technical and can role their sleeves up when needed who is also capable of managing multiple project streams, and deliver a long term IT strategy. The ideal candidate will be a real people person who can bring together teams and help take them on a journey of transformation. Whilst the role has no direct reports, you will have dotted lines from other teams when delivering projects.Required experience:

• Experienced IT Manager with good all round technical knowledge in:
  • SCCM
  • SAN
  • SQL databases
  • Cyber security, firewalls ISO27001, CE etc
  • Windows server
  • VMware, Hyper-v
  • Office 365
  • ERP
• Strong stakeholder engagement and people skills.
• Thorough understanding of IT process mapping and execution.
• Good understanding of IT Security.
