Are you an experienced IT Technician/Engineer who is either looking for an internal role or feels like you are stagnating in your current position? I am able to offer a local opportunity to support the entire IT Infrastructure estate across multiple sites. You’ll predominantly be working in Norwich or remotely.
You’ll be working across 1st – 3rd line where all team members can work on all systems, allowing you to develop your skillset as rapidly as you wish in everything from Desktop and Server, to Network and Cyber Security. Day to day will be closing 1st and 2nd line tickets BAU, but you will be supported an encouraged to carry out project senior level tasks too.
