IT Support Technician (iManage) – London (Temp/Fixed Term Contract)

We are working with a leading law firm in London, who are seeking an IT Support Technician with previous legal experience and iManage to join their busy team.

For this role you will need over a years’ experience in a similar role, from a legal environment. Any candidate with some type of technology qualification will be looked upon favourably.

This is an exciting role where you will provide top-tier 1st Line Support within the firm. The role can be either an FTC or Temp to Perm. For the right candidate, the likelihood of going from working on a temp contact basis to permanent basis is positive.

Duties will include:

• Providing service to all users at the highest standard.
• Keeping track of tickets and keeping track of progress made on all issues.
• Ensuring the fast and efficient resolution of any issues raised.
• Maintaining awareness of cybersecurity.
• Setting up meeting rooms with any IT equipment required.
