Responsibilities:

Performs design and implementation of IT systems that require the integration of diverse and Complex Components.

Activities include creating a problem statement, defining operational requirements including integration with other systems or components, researching, and modeling the system architecture and configuration, investigation alternatives, cost analysis and estimation, and decision analysis.

Ensures the logical ad systematic conversion of requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate requirements into hardware and software specification.

Provides specific, detailed information for selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements, facility requirements (including floor layout, power & cooling, network connectivity), data storage, backup, monitoring, operations systems, directory services, identity management, access management, and automation.

Minimum Education: B.S.

Minimum Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years

Provide technical services in support for the warfighter in ASP.NET development; database maintenance/modifications; software/database updates that implement cyber-security updates identified by vulnerability scanners and/or as required by applicable STIG; database and system backups; account management; as well as provide ongoing technical support during the entire service lifecycle.

Develop, install, test, debug, document web-based applications, diagnose and fix issues with web applications, and ensure web server and application server technical performance meets customer requirements and complies with all mandatory cyber-security requirements.

Primary duties include development, implementation, and maintenance of ASP.NET frontend and SQL backend database, as well as assisting on modernization projects to incorporate legacy applications/functions into database capability.

6+ years’ experience developing web applications using C# ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core

Develop interactive browser-based applications using JavaScript / Typescript / Angular

Intermediate level proficiency with CSS3/Bootstrap

Experience with one or more of the following programming languages (or similar) are required.

Programming in HTML5 w/ JavaScript and CSS3

Programming in C#

Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications

Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services

Software Testing with Visual Studio

HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals

CompTIA Security+ (or other certification IAW DoD Baseline Certifications IAT Level II) Security.
