As a Cyber Security Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our client’s systems and data.

A degree in cyber security, computer networking, or a related technical field is preferred with a 2.1 or higher – but if you have a strong technical background, we would love to hear from you!

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for this role.

You will be collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to implement and maintain cyber security frameworks.

A solid understanding of cyber security frameworks such as MITRE, SOC2, NIST, Cyber Essentials, or ISO27001 will be highly valued.

Good knowledge of computer networks, Firewalls, and basic IT security is essential.

Experience operating in an information security role is a plus!

If you have a natural curiosity and strong analytical capabilities, this position will allow you to investigate security issues and develop efficient solutions.

– Please note that this not a pen testing role or cyber analyst role, but would suit someone that wants to work in the InfoSec/compliance security side of things.
– You would need to live close to the Cambridge area or prepared to relocate as we require three days per week in the office .

Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting security investigations and assisting in the development of secure systems.

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Supporting the InfoSec lead and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Our client offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 – £32,000, depending on your experience, along with an attractive benefits package.
