Junior Cybersecurity Engineer

We are excited to be able to offer this entry-level Cybersecurity Engineer role working for an industry-leading software company in Cambridge.

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £30,000-£35,000+ excellent benefits

Requirements for Junior Cybersecurity Engineer:

• 2.1 or 1st class honours degree from a leading international University in a STEM subject
• Minimum of ABB at A-Level or international equivalent
• An interest and understanding of cyber
• Any background or qualification in IT Security/compliance would be desirable
• Any knowledge with the following would be beneficial: ISO27001M SOC2, NIST CSF, NCSC CAF, COBIT

Responsibilities for Junior Cybersecurity Engineer:

Working within Information Security, you will be responsible contributing to the IT security of the company. You will with the other teams to build, maintain and test cybersecurity. You will be involved in incident response and test security investigations.
