We are looking for someone who either has pre-existing experience of working as an Assistant Project Manager, or someone who has worked in a Project Management environment (or similar) and is looking for a step into becoming an Assistant Project Manager.
Thales SIX (Naval) are looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to join our integrated communications team.
You will be responsible for providing assistance to Project Managers delivering integrated communications equipment and systems to the Royal Navy. This role will be required to support the Project Manager and the project team in delivering the overall objectives of the project to the business and customer.
This role requires professional project management capabilities to be applied – giving rigour to change control, commercial awareness and stakeholder management together with the successful management of the relationship with internal and external customers.
This role will require SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held; if not currently held it is expected that the post holder will undergo SC Clearance, please visit the UKSV website for further guidance.
This is a great opportunity to gain a broad exposure, knowledge and experience across all stages of the life cycle in bid and project management. You will also get excellent support and development from an extensive team of specialists and experts in the Naval Communication business, as well as the Bid & Project Management function.
