An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer has arisen onsite with one of our clients, a world leader within many key industries and is a leading engineering and industrial provider and they have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities.

The Project Engineer is directly responsible to their assigned Project Manager/Team Leader / PM and the role will require but not be limited to the following:

Good working knowledge of core disciplines i.e. Scaffolding, painting, insulation, Passive Fire Protection

• Appreciation of specialist disciplines i.e. LSA, Cleaning, Architectural, abseiling etc
• Oversee the planning and implementation of the contract and specific workscopes/ activities
• Communicate team goals and promote high standards of workmanship and customer service
• Manage all activities including those of sub-contractors
• Monitor all activities to ensure compliance with relevant HSEQ Procedures, cost and schedule control

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum requirement of either AMPP (previously NACE) Level 1 Certified Coatings Inspector, ICORR protective Coatings Inspector Level 1 or similar

• Proven track record in a similar role preferred
• Experience in fast paced, high workload environment
• Extensive background in coatings preferred
• Industry Knowledge
• Experience within a similar or supervisory role (Desirable)
• Commercial awareness

• Appreciation of specialist disciplines i.e. LSA, Cleaning, Architectural, abseiling etc
