Cyber Recruitment Solutions Ltd are a new business start-up looking to make a significant impact in the fast-growing Cyber Security recruitment sector.

We are a forward-thinking business that promote entrepreneurial and flexible working options.

We welcome applications from consultants with experience in Cyber Security and / or IT recruitment who have a genuine interest in the Cyber Security / IT Sectors.

This will be an exciting, financially rewarding, and flexible role whereby you will be working under an excellent brand, provided with an email address and advertising resources.

As a new business start-up, you will ideally have your own connections / contacts in the Cyber Security / IT sectors and have the ability to secure and fill your own vacancies, so it would be largely a business development role in the interim, assuming you don’t already have clients to work with.

We are looking for individuals who are forward thinking and entrepreneurial, as well as being able to demonstrate a confident manner and a determination to succeed. As a self-employed individual, you will receive a healthy commission split. There will be no basic salary, although this could be considered should your account become highly successful.

You will be expected to run your own business operation with minimal supervision.

You will need your own laptop / phone. We will supply access to job board postings and a database of Cyber Security candidates.

What we offer in return;

• Whilst you will be working on a Self Employed basis, we will provide you with all the support/resources you need to be successful for the long term.
• You will receive a flat 50% of any billings you make in one month up to £10,000
• You will receive 55% of any billings you make £10,000 or above in the same month.
• Unlimited earning potential – the sky’s the limit!
