WHO ARE WE?

We are recruiting a Senior Cloud Engineer to work with a multi-national, industry-leading cyber security/defence company in Cheltenham. Our teams are what drive us forward in our mission to make the UK as safe as possible. Therefore, we are looking for the best talent to join the team. Due to the nature of our client, you must already hold SC level security clearance.

WHAT WILL THE SENIOR CLOUD ENGINEER BE DOING?

In the role you’ll be working within the infrastructure team to design and build AWS and hybrid-cloud solutions, administering Linux and Windows systems, designing and troubleshooting IP Networking systems, and automating system deployment and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management tooling. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to further develop your skill set through training and certifications, all whilst working on exciting projects at the forefront of the sector.

WE NEED THE SENIOR CLOUD ENGINEER TO HAVE .

• Must already hold SC Clearance
• Must be eligible for DV Clearance
• Willing to be on site 2/3 days per week

Experience in the following:

• Designing, deploying, and administrating AWS cloud based solutions
• Ability to work well in teams and secure environments
• Administration of Linux and Windows systems
• Deploying and troubleshooting IPv4 Networking and Subnetting
• Automation tasks using either Bash, Ansible, Puppet, PowerShell, or Python
