The Senior Data Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing an overarching information strategy, including policies, strategies, models, and governance, to ensure understands and manages its information throughout the program.
The requirements
Understanding of Business domain, data/content and processes
Understanding of common information management frameworks and data models.
Understanding of metamodels, taxonomies and ontologies, as well as of the challenges of applying structured techniques (data modelling) to less-structured sources.
Knowledge with data science concepts, as well as MDM (Master Data Management), business intelligence, and data warehouse design and implementation techniques
Understanding of a variety of data access and analytics approaches (for example, microservices and event-based architectures)
Understanding of Information and cyber security risk management
Knowledge of Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts, Environmental Information Regulations and other legal aspects of managing information.
Understanding of information technology service strategy, delivery and operations.
Knowledge of auditing and compliance of security standards and policies
