Your role

In the role of Lead Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your domain and product proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition Design and also product support. Required

Senior OSI PI Consultant having 12+ years of experience in full lifecycle implementation, support, migration/upgrade projects. Work as Real Time Data Engineer providing support to all real time data integration projects, processes surveillance and optimization solutions.

• Maintenance and improvement of Real Time Data infrastructure (OSIsoft PI) across geographically distributed setups.
• Integration of green field facilities/assets and IOT devices into PI using multiple types of connectors (OPC-DA, OPC-UA, PItoPI, PI UFL, PI-RDBMS, etc.).
• Design, Development, implementation experience for various solutions like Condition Based Monitoring, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, Automate and optimization, Deferral Management.
• Make Key design decision on PI components like PI Asset Framework (Analytics, Event Frame), PI Notification, PI System Explorer, SQL Databases, etc.
• Pi Vision Servers administration, Pi Web API Administration and implementation, PI Datalink, PI Vision page development, support and administration.
• Provide consulting services to clients for application, health check, upkeep of models.
• Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support.
• Provide Consultation and Support to the Data Science Teams building real time data pipeline and data cleansing algorithms.
• Support the Integration, Merger, Divestment activities for applications in the Realtime space.
• Work with Architecture Team and Cyber Security teams in ensuring the secure, reliable setup & Operations of the PI environment.
• Good Data Modeling and Analytical skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
