About the Opportunity

As a Principal Consultant at Stanton House, you are responsible for achieving your annual fee targets by immersing yourself in your niche market. You will be an expert on growing your customer network, winning new business, and self-sufficient in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

This is a unique opportunity to work on our Finance Transformation practice, where you’ll have 10+ years of existing client and candidate relationships to leverage off, as well as the space to develop your own. We have partnered with a variety of complex global organisations, from FTSE 100’s to high-growth PE-backed businesses, to help them navigate transformation.

No matter your level of experience, we will provide a bespoke training programme to help you achieve your ambitions, whether that is to manage a team or continue down the client development and pure customer route.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 18 months’ recruitment experience within professional services (if you are already specialised in Finance or Transformation, even better!)
• An outstanding billing track record with proven sales and business development success

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work at pace under pressure
