Salary: £54,793 -£60,326 (Dependant on skills and experience)

What you’ll bedoing:

• Working in the recently formed Product Integritydiscipline to deploy and embed Product Security capability acrossthe Air business Provideinfluence and advice pan-functionally and through-life across thefull project lifecycle Support themanagement of any Product Security risks (financial andnon-financial) at the Air level FacilitatePan Functional Steering and Working Groups to evolve our ProductSecurity strategy, throughout the business ProvideProduct Security support to Engineering Authorities/Directors,Product Technical Authorities and other seniorleaders
• Support,encourage and enable Product Security Promotion activities -communications, engagement events, training and continuousimprovements Ensureeffective escalation and cascade of Product SecurityReporting

Your skills andexperiences:

Essential:

• A degree in a STEM subject, ideallyChartered, equivalent qualification plus time servedexperience Experience of Systems Engineeringwithin multiple programmes, platforms and/or services would beuseful in the role as would experience and/or appreciation ofThrough Life aspects, (As Designed, As Built, As Maintained and AsOperated) with demonstrable breadth of experience in thebusiness Ability to communicate with all areasof the business Demonstrable experience of working oncomplex projects

Desirable:

• Experience in Product Security/CyberSecurity. Where this is not present, Product Security knowledgewill be provided

Anexciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen within the ProductSecurity Team for a Product Security Engineer – Strategy andCapability.

This rolesits within the COO Airworthiness and Centre Expertise, directlysupporting the Product Integrity Engineering Discipline Lead andthe Head of Airworthiness and Product Integrity. The role isdirectly responsible for the efficient and effective delivery ofProduct Security across the Air Sector, delivering the independentassurance activities associated with airworthiness, product safety,product environmental sustainability and product security in acollaborative and supportive environment.
