Your future duties and responsibilities
As the Technical Architect for this project, your role involves taking charge of the existing infrastructure and private cloud environment, with a primary focus on enhancing performance. You will evaluate the current setup, devise a comprehensive optimisation strategy, and lead a precise migration plan into Microsoft Azure. Your responsibilities encompass leveraging your technical expertise, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with project goals to establish a high-performing and future-ready IT environment. Your technical acumen and strategic vision will be pivotal in achieving success in this endeavour.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver all activities and initiatives towards an Assurance Case for a service or system
Solving and troubleshooting complex challenges and issues.
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience of leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver all activities and initiatives towards an Assurance Case for a service or system
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Expertise in architecture, design, and implementation on Cloud
Strong communication, client engagement and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in designing and developing secure/cyber critical systems
Highly Desirable
Experience with security and compliance frameworks e.g. ISO27000
In-depth knowledge of Cloud services Azure or AWS
Experience with DevOps tools (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes).
