The Role & Responsibilities:

• Working alongside key partners, vendors, account management, sales, and project teams, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions to new and existing clients within Construction, Retail, Hospitality, and Education Sectors. Both Enterprise and SME s level organisations.
• The role will be working cross dept, assisting int both Pre-Sales activities, project planning and where required assisting technical delivery teams. Also assisting with service onboarding activities.
• Working closely with sales and project teams to consult with clients to understand their strategic
• goals and business requirements.
• Design solutions and present cost plans and options to Customer Success Manager.
• Contribute to customer proposals and cost plans be way of written content.
• Be the technical escalation point for Service and Project Teams.
• Assist the technical teams with hands on technical support on projects where required. Work with project teams to build project plans, understanding the duration of technical tasks.
• Translate technical issues and requirements to non-technical audiences.
• Partner with commercial teams to propose Design technical solutions and articulate business value in support of sales activities, in the following areas in order of importance:

1. Network infrastructure LAN, Wi-Fi, Security
2. Server infrastructure Virtual & Cloud
3. IOT based systems & sensors.
4. Cloud Services SharePoint, Azure.
5. Managed services. Support Services & Cyber
6. Voice Systems – Cloud based.
7. ISP services

• Provide technical design solutions to meet specifications and employer requirements.
• Generate detailed technical submissions for products and services.
• Liaising closely with sales team to maximise sales through a collaborative approach.
• Attend customer meetings with sales team when there is a need for a product champion.
