Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Technical Engineer to join an expanding organisation in Sheffield. The role is a 3-month interim position with potential to extend, paying between £200 – £250 per day umbrella rate inside IR35.
The Role:
Diagnose and resolve complex digital incidents, escalating where required to ensure a timely resolution
Carry out analysis of incidents, report on trends and implement action plans
Implement and maintain robust cyber security measures organisation-wide
Manage and configure hardware and software via the endpoint management solution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned projects
Maintain and monitor a robust data backup and disaster recovery system
The Person:
Experience in Microsoft Servers and O365 including Azure and Endpoint Management
Experience with IT Security Standards
Strong analytical skills to identify and communicate required actions
