Requirements:

– Eligibility to work in the UK.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the cybersecurity field.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, penetration testing, and incident response.
Experience with cloud security, automation of security controls, and vulnerability scanning and management
Familiarity with AWS (ECS), Cloudflare, and PHP (Laravel) security requirements; coding skills not required.
Experience managing bug bounty programs, HackerOne experience preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adeptness at coordinating multiple teams.
Strategic and proactive approach to cybersecurity challenges.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

– We’re on the lookout for a Technical Security Lead to spearhead our cybersecurity operations at Tebex, ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats in our gaming-dedicated fintech realm.

As our cybersecurity captain, you will play a key role in enhancing our platform’s overall security – everything from penetration testing to ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Lead Penetration Testing and Security Auditing: Coordinate penetration testing, address vulnerabilities, and conduct regular security audits for compliance.
Manage the Bug Bounty Program: Oversee the program with HackerOne, collaborating with external researchers to address security weaknesses.
Develop Incident Response Strategies: Create and implement effective response plans, swiftly identify and mitigate cyber threats.
Coordinate Across Teams: Ensure seamless integration of security practices with development, DevOps, and integration teams. Promote effective communication and teamwork for timely issue resolution.
Perform Proactive Threat Assessment: Continuously monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and implement preventive measures against potential vulnerabilities.
Provide Technical Leadership in Cybersecurity: Offer expert guidance, direction in cybersecurity matters, and regularly update with the latest trends and technologies.
